About Us

Micro Control Systems designs and manufactures microprocessor based controllers for the hostile environment of the HVAC/R industry. Our product line also includes a wide variety of peripheral devices to complement our controllers including temperature, pressure, humidity and current sensors, as well as custom support software for Windows-based pc's that allow the user to monitor and interact with the controller from anywhere in the world.

Founded in 1994, MCS is committed to provide practical solutions for the industries needs and to be both a leader and partner in the effective use of microprocessor controls. Every member of the MCS team strives for this goal, combining their many years of experience in order to produce quality products at a reasonable cost to the consumer.

Brian, owner and President of Micro Control Systems, graduated from Florida Institute of Technology in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology.

John G. Walterick

John is owner and Vice President of Micro Control Systems.

Robert C. Toney

Ronnie B. Andersen

Ronnie, Vice President of Micro Control Systems, graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1976 in the field of Electronics Technology. Ronnie joined MCS in 1999 and currently oversees the Manufacturing Division of the company.

Kelly L. Mitchell

Kelly, Inside Sales Support, graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science In Business Administration. She has been with the company since its founding in 1994.

Lisa A. Walterick

Office & HR Manager of Micro Control Systems. Lisa joined MCS in 2004 after working for General Electric in their Fort Myers, FL accounting department as Operational Manager for 12 years.

Ray, Software Engineer at Micro Control Systems, graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Ray joined MCS in 2006 and oversees the development of MCS-Connect, MCS-Config and the MCS Website.

Flint M. Humphrey

Flint, Software Engineer at Micro Control Systems, is currently attending Edison State College in pursuit of an Associates Degree in Computer Science. Flint joined MCS in 2011 to perform the duties of developing and updating MCS-Config and the MCS Website.

Brenda, Purchasing Manager at Micro Control Systems, joined the MCS team in 2001 and is responsible for inventory management at MCS including all parts used for controls production.
